We are Ian and Kate Moore, Chico locals with deep agricultural roots, now taking on the beloved Road Roaster Coffee Company! As farmers and parents, we mix hands-on grit with expertise. Kate is an agriculture professor and Ian a sales consultant, raising their kids on farm values in a community we love fiercely.

Road Roasters was born out of the ashes of the Paradise Fire. We started with and celebrate GRIT. That spirit that overcomes in the face of adversity.
Coffee
We aim to roast consistent, low-acid, small-batch coffee with care. We take coffee roasting very seriously, but you have to have a little fun. Bold flavors with a bit of fun in taglines.
